DustControl

Manufactured since 2000, the DustControl system restricts dust emission in bulk-product receiving pits. The systems can be installed in feed mills, ports, food industries, warehouses and wherever bulk product is being unloaded from trucks, railcars or barges. The Wings’ DustControl is the most efficient and cost effect system on the market.

Poultry equipment

Wings Ltda initiated its activities in the poultry area in 1983, manufacturing the first Brazilian pneumatic chick vaccinator. Its line of products has grown with the development of new equipment such as ocular pneumatic vaccinators, automatic debeakers, equipment for transferring eggs and the Ovo-Jector In-Egg Vaccinator. The Ovo-Jector technology was transferred to Merial in 2012, when Wings sold its patents that made this vaccinator one of the most efficient in-egg vaccinators in the world.
